Skin care is in and anything that is the most natural is what we all want.

Cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) can be found in cannabis strains. There are many benefits of using cannabidiol on your skin which is why it is now on the rise in the beauty industry, but are only legal in 29 states in the United States due to the legalization of marijuana. CBD is found to be stress relieving and therapeutic.

Cannabis can be the most profitable ingredient to be used in the beauty products. CBD hemp oil is sourced from hemp with lower levels of the THC than marijuana. Containing a rich source of fatty acids and other nutrients that benefit the skin. It is non psychoactive, therefore you cannot get contact high and helps to relieve eczema because the hemp oil helps moisturizes and hydrate the affected areas and reduce the burning.

“I would try it, but my skin is sensitive, so it all depends on how strong it is” Imani, a student from Forsyth Satellite Academy, was concerned on how will it react on her skin. Surprisingly its beneficial for all skin types.

Many products are aiming towards CBD oil anti- inflammatory benefits because “the primary receptor of CB2 is found in immune cells” which inflammation takes place, says Adam Friedman a dermatologist from Washington, D.C. This is major because many skin conditions are connected to inflammation, which is why there are so many conversations about the power of CBD in the industry.
