Needing food an order to survive and how people focusing on the wrong thing to lose weight

This is focusing on how food works in a human body. The issue that happening

about not having food for a long time. This is taking place at school, this is important because people need to know how food works in their body and biologically affects

your body.


A human can go for more than three weeks without food, even Mahatma Gandhi survived 21 days of complete starvation . According to the research I had found about being in a coma the national Institutes of Health, It is uncommon for coma to exceed 2 to 4 weeks. However, there is no limit to how long a coma may last under certain conditions.


Article about skipping meals and why it's bad because “ if we don't eat we are going to be malnourished and wont have no energy to do anything” ( Alhassan is a student at forsyth satellite academy). This shows that how students feels about morning breakfast and how well their body functions.

Some people skipped breakfast because when you wake up you not supposed to eat right a way , because they feel like their body still waking up, give your body some time. Some people be feeling like their stomach doesn't take the food well in the morning sometime they just not hungry. ( Halima is a student from forsyth satellite. She feels like when she wakes up “ sometimes when i wake up in the morning i don't feel like eating because i'm simply not hungry, not in the mood, or it's too early.


Some people just focusing on the wrong thing to lose weight. some only focusing on the scale weight “ However, the number on the scale is only one measure of weight change. Weight is influenced by several things, including fluid fluctuations and how much food remains in your system.” If the number on the scale isn’t moving, you may very well be losing fat mass but holding on to water. Fortunately, you can do several things to lose water weight.


If you are Eating too many or too few calories A calorie deficit is required for weight loss. This means you need to burn more calories than you consume.According to these articles

Its saying that “ you may feel as though you’re not eating very many calories. But in fact, most of us have a tendency to underestimate and under report what we eat (3, 4).”


It's very different on how people feeling like they are actually losing weight but they are actually not that could be really tough. Not exercising or exercising too much will cause a lot of trouble during weight loss, you inevitably lose some muscle mass as well as fat, although the amount depends on several factors. If you don’t exercise at all while restricting calories, you’re likely to lose more muscle mass and experience a decrease in metabolic rate.
