WHAT DOES LOVE LOOK LIKE IN TODAY’S SOCIETY

Love in today’s generation lost its definition, and true meaning. It doesn’t hold the same weight it used to. Young people are finding love interest based on looks rather personality and aren't taking the time to get to know each other. Many of teens today don’t want a relationship but still want someone to spend time with, which can leave people hurt why waste your time or anybody else’s. These generations approach to love left me not wanting to make it a big part in my life.

There’s no dating and getting to know someone on a deeper level. There’s not much genuine curiosity about whom a person really is. But there’s plenty of other activities that involve Netflix and a bed though. Forsyth student Natasha states, “Be friends first,” when asked about how to find love in today’s society. A lot of people are now taking the friend zoning aproach to make sure they have a genuine connection.
