Spirit week at forsyth was a time where students were allowed to dress up to the according to the days. For example monday was monochrome monday, pajama tuesday, sports wednesday, throwback thursday, and forsyth friday. This gave kids the opportunities to dress as their favorite person from their desired decade or let them wear their favorite sports team gear. I feel as if spirit week was used to build relationships with the students. It was used to connect deeply with students, to get to know them better, so they can use the evidence they gather against students to know what they can do to teach them better. So they can know how to get through to them.
About Spirit Week, teacher Chris said, “It was a good time I feel like it built camaraderie.
“
According to in take coordinator Mike, “It was fun and it brought the school together.”
Both sources say that spirit week builds camaraderie between staff and students.
